Quarterback

Rationale |

Vince Young
Tennessee Titans |
One of the bigger underachievers this year, Young finally got it going against Denver on Monday night. He threw for over 300 yards and a TD, as well as rushing for 74 yards and a TD. While he hasn't been great this year, he does have a great matchup for Week 12 against Cincy. Tired of riding the Jon Kitna roller coaster? Pick up Young for this week's game and rest easy. |

David Garrard
Jacksonville Jaguars |
He back and so is his 225 yards and a TD each week (with no turnovers). He seems to get the same stats regardless of the opponent so if you are looking for consistency, David is your man. |
Running Back

Rationale |
 |
Andre Hall
Denver Broncos |
It is to be determined if Selvin Young will miss any game time from his injuries, but if he does Andre Hall looks like a sleeper candidate. Seemingly, anybody can run in the Denver offense so if Hall gets the starting nod, he could be relevant. |
 |
Anthony Thomas
Buffalo Bills |
Marshawn Lynch looks likely to miss Week 12's matchup against the Jaguars, so Thomas would get the start in his place. HC Dick Jauron said Lynch has a 'substantial sprain.' Thomas hasn't has much production this season due to Lynch's solid rookie season, but he could get some useful stats against a Jaguars team that will be without their defensive captain Mike Peterson. |
Wide Receiver

Rationale |
 |
Chris Henry
Cincinatti Bengals |
With the Ocho Cinco looking more like a deuce Chris Henry is getting alot of opportunities. Expect this to contuinue with Cincy being completely incapable of stopping an opponent on defense. |
 |
Arnaz Battle
San Francisco 49ers |
Ok, so he's a SF WR, but still, he's not that bad of a pickup. He's averaged 82 yards a game in his last two outings, and he has favorable matchups for the rest of the season (Weeks 12-15: ARI, CAR, MIN, CIN). Granted, the QB situation in SF is grim right now. Seemingly every QB is hurt, but there is a silver lining to this as well - Battle is the emergency #3 QB. Don't expect him to bring you to the playoffs, but if you need some WR3 or Flex help pick him up. |

Alex Smith
Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
It finally looks like Smith is over the ankle injury that has hobbled him most of the year. In Week 11 he had 5 targets for 3 catches, 51 yards, and a TD. Now that he looks to be healthy, he could be a sneaky pickup to help out your TE position in Weeks 15 and 16 (against ATL and SF). Todd Heap owners take notice. |

Arizona Cardinals |
EVEN if you disregard their veryu good performances the last 2 weekends, I would still select the Cards since they are fortunate enough to play the hapless 49ers. Enough said. |
