The Buy Em' / Sell Em' is a piece we run each week that helps you to identify players that you should trade for (Buy Em') and those players that you should try to trade away (Sell Em'). You can really improve your roster throughout the season if you can buy low and sell high, just like the stock market. So check back here each week for a list of players that are prime targets to be bought and sold.

Rationale

1

Reggie Wayne

Indianapolis Colts

Wayne is once again having a great year, and with Harrison's injury this year it looks like he may be Peyton's best option. He always gets a chance to score, and consistently performs at a high level with no injury history to speak of.

2

Marshawn Lynch

Buffalo Bills

Regardless of who starts at QB, the Bills are going to depend on Lynch to move the ball. With 4 TD's so far on a team that generally lacks offense, he is definitely capable of being a solid fantasy starter.

3

Anquan Boldin

Arizona Cardinals

The new coaching staff is trying to find all kinds of ways to get Boldin the ball, including direct snaps to him. He will continue to get loads of scoring opportunities, so get him on your team. With the return of Warner, Arizona's offensive production will improve.

4

Ike Hilliard

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jeff Garcia's skill in operating the passing offense has been a big benefit so far for Hilliard, especially lately. Garcia targets him 10 or more times a game, and in the past half season, it looks like Philly would have been better off keeping Garcia instead of McNabb.

5

Kevin Jones

Detroit Lions

The Lions have been increasing his carries and receptions over the past few weeks, and will continue to do so. With all the receiving threats Detroit has, Jones won't have to face 8-man fronts, and you should grab him before he really starts to increase his production.

Rationale

1

Brett Favre

Green Bay Packers

He was playing out of his mind ealrier this season but now that Favre has had a few tough matchups, we all rememeber that he is prone to some bad games as well. While his value is high, see what you can get in return.

2

Shaun Alexander

Seattle Seahawks

For someone who used to be great at getting in the endzone, Alexander is not getting many TDs this season. I'm a little suspicious that his injuries and wear and tear are catching up with him.

3

Kevin Curtis

Philadelphia Eagles

Now that Reggie Brown is coming back into the fold for the Eagles, Curtis' numbers may tail off a bit. He still looks to be a viable fantasy play but his value takes a dip with Brown re-emerging.

4

Torry Holt

St. Louis Rams

Terrible o-line, injured QB, and knee problems are a recipe for fantasy dissapointment. Holt is a big name guy that is putting up mediocre numbers. Feel free to trade him accordingly.

5

Ben Watson

New England Patriots

Having 5 TDs in the first part of the season is a but of an abberation for Ben. See if you can upgrade at the position while his value is high.
